What to do, what to do? I wanted to set up an uncomplicated home theater, if that was possible, so after I found a refurbished projector on the Epson website, supporting 3-D of course, as that is an important element of the enjoyment---at least occasionally, anyways, I looked into the seating for the area. Whoa, there Betsy, as the horse of decision sped off in every direction, making for more and more confusion to choose something that would work out for us. In the end, for us and our goal of minimum expenditure for maximum return, we decided to forego the bells and whistles that shore up the exorbitant pricing for most of the furniture in this category. Do you need genuine leather? Lighted cupholders? USB ports at every chair to keep your tablets and phones charging through your projected show experiences? If you do, then this is not the place to stop and shop. But if you like more simplicity, along with solid functionality, decent looks, and quite lovely support for your tired body when it sinks into the chair, then this may be for you. The fabric appears a bit thin, actually, but also appears like it would hold up well as long as sharp objects are kept away from its rather delicate surface. We don't intend to sit with utility knives or pocket knives, or even a machete or two while enjoying our popcorn and being immersed in the 3-D flick, ""Gravity"", so those issues don't really amount to anything for us. The comfort level is solid, as is the suspension of the foam underlayment. As others have indicated, these are just a tad too firm, perhaps, for many. But my nearly six foot frame resting on 250 lbs of overfattened self finds the feel of the suspension nearly perfect, with lower back support just right. Perhaps my biggest complaint lies in the difficulty of kicking the leg support when in recline position to ""closed"" just prior to getting up. It just won't go in without too much exertion to make it so. My lighter, ""better half"", says it's no issue.
