Nearly perfect.
This is an amazing figure. Robot mode bits hide away very well, so there's no "robot under a jet" effect going on. Looks almost perfect from nearly every angle (you still see robot parts if you look at the bottom). Don't recall seeing him in the movie, but he still has an impressive paint job and looks very nice. Son loves this figure. His only complaint is that there is no waist joint, but given how it transforms, it's not something that could have been done. Speaking of transformations, this figure transforms rather smoothly from one mode to the other. Some parts around the head can be a little fidgety, but with practice, it becomes very easy and natural. Excellent figure. Highly recommended to anyone interested in adding a new bot to their collection.

Good looking figure With many Flaws
I want to get out of the way the fact that first this Figure looks fantastic in both modes. In fact if that was all there is to this figure. I would give it a 5 star review but unfortunately. It has many flimsy parts that love to fall apart during transformation. Like the thrusters and top part that holds the head into place. Also it doesn't hold together to well in jet mode it's wings can just move freely. I am a Tf collector of 12 yrs so I expect more effort into the figure transforming properly.
