In the past two years Timberland has been my choice for boots, chukkas, and sneakers and I have about ten pairs mostly because of a gift pair of Timberland boots I received about 20 years ago-that I still wear! The Ledge Mid is the best all-around for both style and function!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable boot from the moment you put it on. The weight is very light comparable to my Merrell high tops shoes. These are waterproof and I would classify them as somewhere between a very sturdy gym shoe style walking shoe and a heavy duty mountain climbing type boot. These are all day comfortable boots.
