OMG! Yes it's a little pricey BUT for Aran wool from Ireland you can't go wrong! I have a sweater similar that my mother knit for my brother but it has a few moth holes in it and I haven't found anyone to repair it-well I hadn't really tried-didn't know where to go! I will always keep that sweater due to the memories of it as they are both gone now. Back to the purchase, I ordered it much larger than needed because I didn't want it clinging anywhere! The fit turned out just perfect for what I wanted! This sweater will be around a long time with perfect care and maybe my grand daughters will want it one day!
