This is one of the heaviest chairs I have ever ordered. Plenty of cushion, firm but comfortable and built with heavy thick metal. I accidentally dropped one of the arms on the roller assembly, not far it was while assembling but it did put a slight ding in the chrome, my bad, its fine. The point is they are made that heavy. Great chair for the money!!!

Bought this chair about a month ago & we're impressed. Had a couple of other chairs that were supposedly for big & tall but didn't hold up. This one is very comfortable whether you weigh 170 or 350. We are 5'5”, 5'8, and 5'11” and this chair provides good support. Lumbar area inflates/adjusts with knob. Easy to put together.
