This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. Love the softness of the leather, no tilt lock(flip out of an office chair once.) The seat adjusts well. The back and head support is great. I like the no arms because I can get up closer to my workspace. Also great for seniors who like to work jigsaw puzzles or crafts.
