office chair
chair was easy to put together and set up. I had difficulty with the tilt mechanism as it was so stiff I had to put my feet on a desk and push back to get it to loosen up. I sent a email to manufacturer and they immediately sent me a new tilt mechanism to take care of the problem. Great customer service from them so all is well.
