I suffer from anxiety and occasional panic attacks. Problem is when I get a real bad panic attack I get this debilitating nausea. So I decided to try these and within a few minutes the nausea was gone. These are much easier to get and cheaper than prescription nausea medicine and it works much faster in my opinion. I'm definitely keeping this stocked up in my medicine cabinet!!
