WOW ! did NOT exspect to really enjoy this cheese. most mozz is hard, dry, and melts slightly. THIS mozz is awesome! softer, tangy, smooth, rich, melts great, works for pizza and at a good price . ive been cooking for 40 yrs, a NYr, and Italian. for a bargin cheese, Im surprised. my new go too!:

Tastes great, melts really well

I love whole milk mozzarella. You can't beat the flavor. When you grate it yourself, it's softer and melts better. I use this mostly on homemade pizzas. It's perfect. I use it top casseroles sometimes, too. My grandkids like to eat it by the chunk. It's super yummy however you decide to enjoy it.

I like the Great Value mozzerella cheese most of all. It has a good flavor, texture, and melting consistency. I use this for my pizzas, baked spaghetti, lasagna, and everything that takes mozzarella. Lots of times we'll just eat it as is. So good and the health benefits is a plus.
