I'm so glad I discovered this flavor! I first tried Light Fit Greek yogurt at the hospital and was surprised by how delicious and satisfying it was. The sweetness level is perfect—not too sweet, just enough to satisfy a craving. It's filling enough for a snack or even part of a light breakfast, just like I had during my hospital stay. This is a great yogurt flavor. Both my daughter and I have to say it's our favorite and I'm pretty sure we've tried all the different ones in the market. It's delicious and healthy and I will continue buying it on a regular basis. Highly recommend you try it!

Near bedtime, I fill a cereal bowl with frozen strawberry slices and then, after stirring the yogurt, I pour it over the strawberries for the perfect bedtime snake for someone who is a pre-diabetic who doesn't want a low-blood sugar when sleeping. The protein is just what I need to maintain my blood sugar overnight and with the very cold, crunchy strawberries, it's like eating very healthy ice cream!
