Bob's Red Mill Artisan Bread Flour, Unbleached Enriched Wheat, 5 lb Bag

I've been using a generic kind of brand of flour for my pizza creations and have had some good success but this was the stuff that taught me there's a massive difference in types of flour. I was struggling to get the right texture/pull/anything with my dough and it just felt off. I kept trying different things and got pretty good. I went to buy some different flour and happened to pick up this back due to walmart cash (awesome). Well the difference was totally different. I now feel spoiled. My dough fees so much better, rolls better, wets better, stretches the wheat better, etc. Proofs great and making bubbly happy doughs for my pizza. I love this!

Bleached bread flour is so terrible to consume. It has so many additives. Unbleached bread flour has a much simpler ingredient list. It makes eating bread much more natural. Another item that can be used for more natural baked goods, unbleached all purpose flour, not bleached all purpose flour. Just read the ingredients on the bag .
