These soft gels are sourced from high-quality, deep cold-water fish, ensuring sustainability and freshness. The gels provide a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, delivering 1,200 mg per serving, including 600 mg of EPA and 400 mg of DHA. I just need one tablet a day to get enough omega 3. This is really what I needed instead of many tablets a day to get the right EPA and DHA mg my body needs.
