This is a multivitamin and fats. While it is certainly plausible to make this at home— well, add that to the list and it would never get done. I enjoy the fact that other companies have generic formularies, though they lack the varying flavors which make these palatable. And a "go-to" in some circumstances and for some people who need a filling and liquid drink/meal. I just want the manufacturer to make these available for less money. They could be less expensive and that has, in fact, been proven (ingredient listing in generics has shown that). While this is not the fault of this seller, it's been the truth for decades. Time for change. I think so, though it takes a few more to make the difference, especially for the ones that really need it and cannot in any way afford it.
