a really good GF sub for pita bread expensive but worth it

I have mixed feelings about this pita bread. I was thrilled when I found it and tried it the first time, but the second time I bought it, each pita bread was sealed together the whole way through which was disappointing. I used it as glad bread and it did the job. The third time it was a mixed bag, some were sealed and some were as they are supposed to be. They rip as most pita do so you have to be gentle while opening and if you heat them for a few seconds first it helps. The taste and texture are good, it's the inconsistency that made me give 3 stars.
