Perfect shredded cheese.

I only buy 2 brands of bagged shredded cheese. This is Italian blend is one of them. I use this cheese for pizza, any pasta. I'll even put some on the garlic bread for it to melt into the garlic. Try it in a ham and cheese melt sandwich. If it is sealed completely, it lasts a long time storing it a bit towards the back of the fridge.
