I opened the can and it has that wonderful coffee aroma that makes you want a cup right away. I made my coffee using the same measure that I use for any other coffee, and this coffee is straight up solid good tasting coffee much like most canned coffee's without being acidic. The coffee is smooth and flavorful! I am not a coffee snob; I have had a fantastic coffee, and I've had not so great coffee. I would give this a solid 8 on the 1-10 scale and that is comparing to grinding my own beans. I love having pre ground coffee on hand for everyday use! You have to order this online and currently they ship it fast with a long best by date! With any large can of ground coffee I usually vacuum seal 2/3 of the can to maintain the freshness longer.

know what you are buying. if you expect Gordon Ramsey style, you will be disappointed. it is a solid and robust coffee. not for those with very sensitive stomachs, but a reliable coffee for the brew of the day. we have bought it repeatedly, because the price value ratio is excellent
