Great Value Classic Olive Oil, 51 fl oz

The mild taste of this oil allows me to use it in cooking and as a dietary supplement to aid digestion. I hate the bitter, peppery taste of extra virgin olive oil, and this is a good escape from that. I also use it to make a heart-healthy butter, mixing 4 ounces each of unsalted butter and this oil, plus 1/8 teaspoon of salt, blended in the food processor, which drops my sodium intake considerably while preserving the flavor I enjoy in butter. I subscribe to the Classic Olive Oil and get it delivered once a month.

I go through a lot of olive oil and I'm not made of money. I use this oil every day. I use it in salad dressings and cooking. Great price, good flavour.
