Item should have the power to charge your cell phone, but it takes entirely too long. It charged my phone 3 percent in an hours time. You get what you pay for. It may keep your device from powering off completely. That in itself may help but still not good enough.

Certainly fine for the price

Works fine but looses bit of charge every day. It has a large capacity so that is really not much of a problem, but it needs to be topped off if you need the full yield. (That makes we wonder how long the battery itself will be good.) The 3 way adapter it comes with is not ideal. Fairly large with 2 tips for Apple and one Micro USB. It isn't hard to use, just hard to carry around. Size and shape of the battery are great and that is, specifically, why I bought it.

OK, but no way it's 20000 Mah

I received this product quickly and I like the fact that it's so thin but it is not a very quality product. The face of the console already started coming off right out of the box. And it it's confusing on how it charges. It seems like I have to plug it in, get the lights to come on, then it will charge. It charges fairly quickly but no way it's 20000 Mah like advertised. I've had alot of chargers and a 15000 is a pretty heavy, thick charger.
