I bought this to do sanding work in. Does the job. Breathes but is still pretty warm, but that's expected(I get hot pretty easily). I ordered an xl and it fits like I feel it should. I am 5'3 and there is some room for extra height but I can't see it working for any over 5'7 but I could be wrong. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
