Key item features

  • The Elite Balance Pad features a waffle texture on each side which is non-slip and stimulating to the feet. The cushion challenges balance and stability when used barefoot. The instability is great for joint and fascia rehab.
  • Lightweight and comfortable, the unstable pad repels moisture and odors. The antimicrobial hygiene treatment keeps out dirt and bacteria while inhibiting fungal growth. Tear-resistant with a tough integrally molded skin.
  • The foam pad is perfect for your workout, exercise, and training sessions. Also ideal as a yoga and Pilates cushion. The pads float and they're great for water therapy. They're terrific for standing at your desk or on your knees in the garden.
  • Rinsing after use with fresh water is all that's needed. Just shake off the excess water and allow it to air dry. Comfy forever, the pad works as well in the gym and physical therapy office as much as it does on your favorite seat.

Great size!

I love the LENGTH of this mat. It's long enough for me to sit on without my legs or feet touching the floor.
