Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

My family has used this toothpaste for years . It's really good for teeth and its minty taste helps freshen your breath and leaves a clean feeling in your mouth. Great on sensitive teeth and helps prevent plaque and cavity buildup affordable . It's made my teeth whiter and it's helped prevent me from having more cavities. Clean and refreshing without the burning sensation
I have sensitive gums, so I am particular with the toothpaste I use. I love Sensodyne because it does not give me a burning sensation every time I brush my teeth. It also leaves a clean and refreshing feeling. Perfect for sensitive teeth and gums!
