LOVE this shake

This shake tastes great, I mix in fruit for a flavor but you don't need it the vanilla is great. I do notice a difference in my complexion when I use it. It does give your system some wicked gas but no pain comes from it. Buying at Walmart saved me $2.00 on the vanilla and $5.00 on the chocolate which I do not recommend the chocolate gag powdery tasting. Nothing like the smooth vanilla.

If your looking for a protein shake with other flora benefits too, this one's it! You can't beat the price or the flavor! Blends well with Almond Milk, isn't chalky or gritty and tastes fantastic!

I really love this shake. My favorite is chocolate but the vanilla is good as well. I like to drink my shake for breakfast or after a workout. It keeps me full for hours.
