Good flavor, sizable chunks of meat, easy to make.

Makes an easy nuke'em frozen entree that is tasty and healthy. I'm on Weight Watchers, and some of the Cafe Steamers and Simply Steamers are low enough in points to consume half, or less, of the points I get, on average, per meal, and let me add more food to feel more filled. Easy to nuke, and I like there is a sauce in which to mix the fixings. Good size chunks of meat, and the broccoli is fresh, and green, too. The Simply Steamers are a bit more expensive ($3.42) than the Cafe Steamers ($2.96), but close enough in price to get these in addition to the low-pointer Cafe variety. I've bought these several times, and will again.

Always good for a microwave meal. Have not compromised the amount of chicken or Alfredo Sauce. I do wonder if they are using a different chicken product since there does seem to be more gristle. Won’t stop me from buying. Overall a very tasty product! Since I live alone it’s just right! Have it at least 3times a month
