I try to keep this healthy choice dinner on hand. It has more chicken than most of them and is higher in protein. I always feel like I am eating something healthy with the extra chicken and the broccoli. I do not use all the sauce that comes with it, but you can if you choose to -very tasty.

Good flavor, sizable chunks of meat, easy to make.

Makes an easy nuke'em frozen entree that is tasty and healthy. I'm on Weight Watchers, and some of the Cafe Steamers and Simply Steamers are low enough in points to consume half, or less, of the points I get, on average, per meal, and let me add more food to feel more filled. Easy to nuke, and I like there is a sauce in which to mix the fixings. Good size chunks of meat, and the broccoli is fresh, and green, too. The Simply Steamers are a bit more expensive ($3.42) than the Cafe Steamers ($2.96), but close enough in price to get these in addition to the low-pointer Cafe variety. I've bought these several times, and will again.
