Bought Rit DyeMore for the completely normal and reasonable purpose of dyeing my Milwaukee tools. 😂 I wasn't sure whether I was about to customize my tools or permanently ruin a bunch of expensive plastic, but it actually worked great. The color took surprisingly well, the process was easy, and now my tools stand out from every other red Milwaukee tool on the job. Best part? Nobody can accidentally “forget” which tools are mine anymore. Cheap, easy to use, and way less expensive than buying new tools just because you want a different color. 5 stars. Came for fabric dye. Left with custom Milwaukee tools and absolutely no regrets.

A great way to liven up your old, faded fabrics!

I used this to color our futon cover in the washing machine. I purchased twice what I needed so I could do a test batch first. I mixed it in a large bottle, shook it thoroughly and poured it in the empty machine, added the pillow covers and tested it. They came out fine. I repeated the same process with the futon cover, (which I had presoaked in our tub) and set it on the longest cycle. I washed it once to remove any leftover dye and dried it. It took the dye very well and looks almost new. Both my sons noticed it when they came to visit, so I know it worked if they noticed it! Definitely recommend it. Linneaann
