Beautiful piece but disappointed in the packaging

The tv stand is a beautiful color, and the price was awesome!! I was so excited to be able to put this together, after waiting for it to be delivered for a week, it finally came. After receiving the package and simply opening the box… the board on the very top was cracked straight down the middle!! That's pretty disappointing. I'm pretty understanding being that it's not Walmarts fault, but it's definitely a packing issue.

Very good price for this product, but the overall hassle of it was a headache. The product was late. They gave me a new delivery date and changed it again so basically I waited for a whole week. The material is very cheap and chips easy even in the assembly process. The box was super heavy because of the packaging and materials, but that was manageable. Instructions are not that clear so I watched a YouTube video that had step-by-step instructions because if you put one part the wrong way it could throw off the whole assembly. For the most part once I finally got it together. It looked good. Just have to be careful with putting things on it or would wood will chip.

Missing parts, returned with no refund.

My item came with missing parts. I returned the item to Walmart for a replacement. An agent canceled my replacement and insisted I get a return. I have called Walmart customer service over 20 times within a two month timeframe for my refund and I have not gotten any refund. I have provided tracking information for the return from their freight carrier Pilot who confirmed the return. Walmart has been a disgrace in providing customer service. Each agent I talk to apologizes and act like they're going to fix the problem and they never do. I have spoken to supervisors as well and they also do not resolve the issue. I am beyond disappointed in their customer service . THEY HAVE THE RETURNED ITEM BUT I HAVE NO REFUND. WHERE IS MY REFUND WALMART!!!!!
