Xerographic Copy Paper 8.5" x 11" 92 Bright White 20 lb 10 Ream Case 5000 Sheets

Condition of the reams looked like the box had been dropped as most of the internal ream packages had looked like they exploded ripped open at the corners of each ream and the lid had a crease in it. The paper was usable and in good condition. Necessity and non-use of packaging of each ream made a decision not to file a complaint an easy choice. After all I order it for the paper not the packaging. Driver was nice and cordial, info given on how to handle the weight useful. After all he was cheerful in spite of the rain. Kudo's to him.

Nice, standard paper for the printers. Neither better nor worse than what you find everywhere. It seems to have received rather rough treatment in shipping, though. The box was burst open at both ends, though all the paper was there. Each ream within also had burst wrappers, though not so tattered that the paper escaped. It'll be fine for us but I do resent the shipping company's handling.
