Really good roller with a little bit of give

I bought this roller to help me with rolling out my back and my shoulders. It works great. It's got a little bit of give, which is perfect for me. The rollers that are really hard didn't work for me as they caused me too much pain. This roller is long enough for me to lie on it, and it can support me from my head all the way through my body so that I can stretch out my shoulders as well. Highly recommend.
