I'm a bit of a funny duck as I get most of my protein from dairy products. I use this Kraft Mexican Four Cheese in so many ways: omelets, soups, pastas, beans, quesadillas, etc. It's delicious, mild but very flavorful. I've been eating cheese all my life starting when I was barely more than a toddler and my sweet grandmother would hand me a slice of Velveeta cheese to tide me over until lunch or dinner. I've tried private label brands of a four cheese Mexican blend and I can tell the difference. Now I only stick with Kraft when I'm looking for any grated cheese. Enjoy!

The Kraft Mexican style four cheese is the best shredded cheese for all meals. I always use this one for my casserole dishes or my Mexican cornbread and it always melts to perfection and is always great tasting. If you have not tried this cheese, please do because you will love it.
