nice unit but shipping issues

The purifier itself is very nice and quiet. however, on arrival when it was delivered there was noticeable damage to the packaging and was fortunate that it protected the unit . this was the second time in a week. I ordered something and it arrived with damage which resulted in the last order being refused due to major damage
