Great Value Chopped Spinach, 12 oz (Frozen)

I’ve been buying the Great Value Chopped Spinach (12 oz frozen) for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of my go-to freezer staples. The taste is excellent — super fresh and flavorful once it’s cooked, not bland like some other frozen veggies. I love that it’s always available at my local Walmart, so I never have to worry about running out. The price is seriously the best deal out there, especially for how much spinach you get. It’s also really healthy and easy to add to smoothies, omelets, or pasta dishes. Overall, it’s just a solid, affordable, and tasty option that makes eating greens a lot easier.

I am retired and live alone which means I don’t cook like I used to. I cook for one now and I don’t eat near as much as I did when I was younger. So I have gone to frozen veggies and that lets me cook what I want and usually have it as opposed to the veggies going bad in my crispers. It happened all too often . I am glad I went to frozen and this spinach does the trick for me. I usually have spinach in an omelet with my frozen avocado chunks. Being on a fixed lower income this works for me. The spinach can sometimes be small pieces but I make it work
