I still can't get your sneakers to fit as well as I would like. Words such as "runs small" and even "size 9" are a little too ambiguous to get the job done. Yes, we can return them. But who wants to bother? Certainly not me. Why not stop the business of size 9 and 4E, and simply tell us how long or wide the sneaker is in inches, millimeters, and centimeters. Those are standards of measurement that are not open to interpretation, and would make my life, and possible thousands of others, a whole lot easier. It might even make you a trendsetter in the footwear industry..
