These new nutrition bars are very good for you and taste great . If you have celiac disease and allergies you should try them and see what they can do to help you with having them in your cabinet at times when you're other ones are out of stock and see which ones you like the best . There is not many products on the shelves at the stores . So if you can find them online you can usually get them the next day at Walmart online . They all have different flavors and texture and a variety of nut flavors also . So I am always looking for something that I like and can add to my list . Try them yourself and see the difference between all of them that I have recommended in the past . Buy them now and see which flavors you like like the best.

these bars are great. not a lot of ingredients. the figs make it very chewy. i eat one if I don't have enough time for breakfast or lunch. I pair it with a piece of fruit %26 it's satisfying %26 gets me to my next meal.
