When I saw this ratchet and tie down bundle on the Walmart site, I knew that it would be perfect to keep in my husband's pick up truck. We are always using tie downs and ratchets for our trailer and pick up truck. We haul lawn equipment, and the equipment must be tied down on the trailer. Also we haul off garbage, and yard debris. All of this has to be tied down. This bundle is very nice to keep in the truck in case of breakage or you need extra tie downs or ratchets. The tie downs are heavy duty and sturdy, and the hooks are stainless steel and sturdy also. Another positive thing the ties and ratchets are waterproof. This bundle is perfect for trailers and pick up trucks.

All of the hardware is plastic covered steel making it strong and protected from the elements. The straps are each comprised of 2 sections that hook together via metal hooks, making it easy to wrap around the load. They include 2 strap extensions with loops on either side that you can hook into. The straps are rated for 1500 pounds load, more than enough for securing any load you would put on your car roof.
