Love this for my sons school lunches. It is big enough to fit everything but not so big that its hard to carry to school. We fit a water bottle, sandwich container, cookies, chips, and an ice pack and still have a little room. Everything stays cold till lunch. It can be carried be the handle or the strap. We have had ours for 2 years now and is still holding up well. We bought another one so we could alternate each day.
