This bag is deep. Great insulation, but I do recommend getting a hot/cold pack to keep the temperature rather cold or hot, due to the small air hole by the zipper.

It was able to fit 3 of 16.5 oz water bottles 3 soda cans a lunchable 1 snack size chip bag and a sandwich On the outside pocket it fits 1 mini individual packet of teddy grahams and 2 full size candy bars.
