First time yoga guy. In mid 40s. So far used for stretching and attempting the moves😂 it's comfortable thickness, I like how wide it is. Will definitely buy again when needed.

This was a gift and I was able to choose the thickness of the yoga mat- nice! Loved the color, and the handy carrying case with shoulder strap.
