Seat pad/Bolster/Headrest – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat.. Toy bar and toys – Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Frame – Wipe the frame with soft, clean cloth and mild soap.

We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you.
This Limited Warranty (i) applies only to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product, (ii) covers purchases solely from an authorized retailer or distributor, and (iii) is not transferable.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to and expressly excludes (a) re-sold merchandise; (b) consumable parts, such as batteries; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) damage caused by use with non-Kids2 products; (e) products where any serial number is not present, has been removed or defaced; (f) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product’s owner's manual, (g) a product or part that has been modified, and (h) claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions (assembly, installation, maintenance, and use), abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear.

I've purchased this stroller from my daughter's fourth child. She had given away her baby items before this fourth child came. This baby like to be held and she was trying to transition him to sitting up by himself. It has vibration and attachable toy. It has been a lifesaver for her family and she said she wish she had had one with all the other children!

Everything was easy to put together. I chose the pink and blue variety as far as color and I love it my baby loves it. It does take C batteries, which are odd, but I was able to purchase them easily and the vibration is a well liked feature is lightweight. If anything the directions could be better on how to actually use the item in its three stages When you put it together are for using it as a bouncy. I will gladly look into that, but I do wish it was better spelled out.
