I have been reading negative reviews on similar carts from other sources and was starting to question whether buying any cart of this type was a good idea! So many reviewers noted broken parts, drawers that won't stay in the cart rails and carts that were not strong enough to stand without some sort of additional bracing. I found this cart easy to put together and quite sturdy. A very pleasant surprise!!! I have filled the cart drawers with office/household records and supplies that I wanted to organize in a more convenient manner. Instead of using the drawer knobs, I used 1"x3" adhesive labels to indicate the contents of each drawer. The cart is freestanding next to my office chair and seems to be holding up to the weight of the items stored in it. I like it so much I am considering purchasing another for organizing small pieces of fabric I use when quilting.
