Hubby wanted this machine so I gave in. I am so glad, we both love it. The mechanism is so smooth and very sturdy. It took him and two friends about three hours to put together but well worth it. There are so many exercises you can do on it. Pooboo has been great and followed up with us after we got it. I would definitely order from them again. The workout bench is very nice as well.

I would recommend having a second person to help put together. And remember to leave the bolts loose until you are done as you need a little give in some areas when building. Takes patience on putting it together as it looks daunting, but once you start gathering all the parts and making sure it's facing the correct way before committing with the bolts. It definitely takes 2 people to put it together. Only problem I had was that one bolt was missing from the plate holder on the back. I love the flexibility of the cable positions. Seems to be a solid rack.
