Great low calorie, no sugar BBQ sauce!

What made me decide to try this barbecue sauce? Well, two things, it is sugar-free and low calories. Usually if something is sugar-free with low calories, it's pretty much tasteless. But this barbecue sauce is as good as any that I've ever tried. To me, the taste is perfect, sweet, good consistency, with a very slight bite to it. I used to barbecue chicken on my grill.

i live a healthy lifestyle. and meal prep. i used this sauce in a slow cooker with my shredded chicken breast. i went by the nutrition guide, it still had flavor, but it didn't have the overall "saucy" BBQ sauces but the chicken wasn't dry either.

I use this flavor for lots of things, including cooking chicken, slow cooking a BBQ chili and making my own easy chipotle BBQ salad dressing. i highly recommend all their products, but this one is my very versatile and delicious favorite.
