Fixed a new tire problem.

I bought a new tire that there was no way I could spred the bead far enough apart to seal air. No tie straps around it and starting fluid would work. The only way was to put a tube in it and inflate it to spred the beads apart to seat the tire on the rim. The tube corrected the poor manufacturing defects of the new tire I bought.
