Great flavor!

I used these pellets in my AMAZE-N Smoker tube to cold smoke several Boston Butt roasts and was well pleased. I had no problem lighting the pellets, unlike some brands I have tired in the past. After the pellets burn out, I finish the cooking in the oven. I found these pellets imparted a good taste to the pork roasts and would recommend them. I have since tried these pellets on homemade bacon with similar positive results. Later this fall I look forward to using them to cold smoke cheese.
