I am 75 years old and I get compliments on how nice my teeth look. they're so easy to use. Just feel the first one and put it on the top and the small one goes in your bottom teeth. Leave them on for an hour. I highly recommend the strips.

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try these crest white strips because they also come with the light. The pros: you do get noticeably white teeth within two uses and the directions for use are easy to follow. It does come with 20 sets of white strips as well which is nice. Cons: you do have to wear them for a hour and it did cause really bad teeth sensitivity for me which it does say that can happen on the packaging.
