Great quality for crock pot meal

Just the right amount of fat for flavor but not too much. I roast this in my slow cooker with potatoes and carrots and my family of 4 can eat it two days in a row. Just a little onion, salt , pepper and garlic and my entire neighborhood tells me how good my house smells from outside. Quality has always been good for me. It's tender if you cook slow odor 4-6 hours. Trim the fat off a little before or you can wait until after. Also great in the oven in a roaster.

Great for an oven roast!

I cook this at least once a month, and the family always loves it. I season and put back in the fridge for a few hours. Then brown both sides in my heavy skillet and put on top of a bed of fresh sliced onion. Then I mix a can of cream of mushroom soup and a packet of French onion soup mix, cover with foil and cook in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Wow! Such flavor! A family favorite and so easy to make.
