First time buying Steak-Umm and glad I did. Finding something reasonably priced with no sugar and carbs can be hard. They come presliced with paper separating each slice so they were easy to separate. Not really sure how others season these. My choice for seasoning was Blackstone cheese steak seasoning, pickled jalapeños, and Swiss cheese all fried in a pan. By far the best sandwich I've had in years.

You do have to drain the fat from the meat before adding any other ingredients or it is pretty greasy. It's great for a variety of dinners and doesn't take up much room in the freezer. Never had any issues with bones or any hard bits in the meat. Definitely will continue to buy this!
