I bought this a few months ago for my new place. I do not have a laundry room so I wanted to make the laundry area look nice. I have 2 little kids so I have done MANY loads of laundry in the short time I have had it. So far I love it. I have had 2 issues with it so far. A dent on the side of the dryer which the drum would hit when running its cycle. Fairly easy fix, just took the top off and knocked the dent out. The other issue was I washed a throw pillow and at some point in the cycle the zipper got caught and destroyed the rubber seal. I had a hard time finding the part on my own(which is my only compliant). I scheduled a repair and that was quick and easy and the guy that came to help was awesome! It has fancy features but inside it's still a normal washer dryer that can be worked on/fixed when needed.

Our old washer went out and we were in the market for a new washer when we came upon this dual washer/dryer tower combo. I am a short woman (5'1) and many of the washer dryer towers have the knobs at the top which would make it very difficult for me to reach and read, besides this allows your children/teens to do their own laundry and who wouldn't like that?? The controls on this are between the units and have easy to read or interpret for everyone! This was by far the best decision we made to purchase this washer/dryer tower. It has a Wi-Fi option that pings your phone so you know when the wash or dryer cycle is complete. Absolutely love this!

Great Space Saver With Epic Features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family lives in a smaller home so space is very limited. With that said we've been remodeling and upgrading our appliances and found LG Electronics Wash Tower. This washer/dryer set is brilliant! There's different settings for small loads and with a built in memory it remembers your preferred settings. How cool is that? They have thought of everything futuristic possible! I'm so happy we went with this particular set! The washer/dryer drums are big which allow for several pairs of jeans or a king sized comforter. I love the way it can be controlled from any smart phone or device that's WiFi compatible. I can be in the neighboring town and start a load with a push of a button on my phone. That my friend is genius! The steam cycle is handy for sanitizing toys and such. Another feature I really love is the non wrinkle cycle. The dryer will turn on every so often until the door is opened or until a button is pushed indicating the cycle is done. I'm very, very impressed with my wash tower! Bonus part is that it's made by a company that we've trusted using in my family for many years. There's nothing more therapeutic than the smell of fresh cleaned linen! The wash tower is very quiet, in fact it can't be heard throughout our home unless you're in the room with it. It's definitely made laundry so much more enjoyable for me and my family. If you are looking to upgrade appliances I urge you to give this wash tower a whirl! I promise it will not disappoint! Now off to do another load of towels for the week ahead.
