I bought these for my newborn and these are my favorite out of all the pacifiers we've tried. The key thing for us is that you can put it in and there isn't a top or bottom - this is very helpful when trying to soothe a baby and scrambling for a pacifier.

This is perfect for babies who have an issue with sucking or simply keeping a passy in their mouth. My baby couldnt suck on a bottle, or breastfeed let alone a passy. MaM is the only brand i found that has a flat nipple in bottles, sippies and passies. I wouldnt have been able to get my baby to eat or relax with this passy and their bottles.
