Great customer service
Installation may be a bit for most people, so if you are not comfortable opening the center console, I highly recommend you get it professionally installed. The installation was simple, all you need to do is to follow the instruction manual to connect the wires.
Defective and company won't stand by warranty
I had the head unit installed and it would not correctly interface with the original system. There was no video signal. I contacted the seller multiple times, and they would respond after days and only offered to help with software updates that I had to do myself. That still didn't work and I asked for a replacement or refund under warranty but seller never responded. Very bad customer service. Company/seller doesn't stand by warranty. I eventually contacted Wal-Mart to help with the seller but because I was out of the 60 day return window and it was a third party, they couldn't do anything and I was stuck with the defective unit. I also found out that the unit "fried" the video chip in my car system and now have to replace that, which costs triple the defective "upgrade" unit. This was a total fiasco. Do not buy from this seller and I would be cautious buying anything expensive from the market place.
