Love the look, but literally stinks
I really wish I could rate this higher because I really love the look of this item, but it smells so bad I may have to return it. i don't think it's the manufacturer smell, more like it was in a house where they cooked fish directly next to the product for weeks. At first, I thought it was just the box, but after assembling the entire item, and letting it air out for a week, it still smells. i've tried pledge, pet odor eliminator and baking soda. Because of the work it took to assemble and the fact that it's so heavy I can't remove it from my house myself, I'm going to try a few more odor eliminator products but be warned...item was also chipped in two places so not sure about quality. If your dog is a chewer, might not be the best option. so disappointing since it took 3.5 hours to assemble...
