I was recommended Sensodyne Toothpaste by my dentist. I like this preventative and repair one best. The 2 pack is very convenient for stocking up. For the absolute best dental care my routine after every meal is to floss, scrap my tongue, brush with this toothpaste and use a soak solution of baking soda with distilled water (to eliminate the bad bacteria in the mouth). 😃

Sensodyne Pronamel has been my go-to toothpaste since I made the switch many years ago. I will not switch to any other brand I like how my teeth feels after brushing them. If Sensodyne made a sugar-free gum that would give you protection after eating or just help your teeth overall I would purchase.
